I started with "1" gummy that lasted for at least 6 hours but found I had to take another 1/2 to 1 full gummy to last through the very early mornings.

The first time I took it I fell asleep after ~20minutes without feeling sleepy. The later times I used it, it took longer to take effect. And it felt like I was getting sleepy. I’ve tried melatonin before and it didn’t do anything for me. Overall I would recommend this for others who also don’t feel melatonin alone.
