I received my bars, and as expected, melted a bit. But I can't fathom why you would charge $9.94(?) for a cool pack to protect YOUR product. Why wouldn't you want to charge maybe a nominal amount or nothing at all so the customer could receive your product in top form?
They're in the fridge now. They are a good product but my tolerance was very low. Plus the one I opened was as soft as melted chocolate..... 😆 So I just lapped up a bit. Very good taste and I'm very relaxed and gooood right now.

I'll order again for now and I still won't get the cool pack. 😁
