Decided to give it a try received it it was leaking / damage got a replacement customer service is really nice; thanks guys but the new one also started leaking a couple weeks later.
I think it's just the pen. I'll stick to the gummies i guess

Not sure what’s wrong

The first one I had I believe was very enjoyable. The second one I believe was pretty good but the last three that I have gotten seems to work intermittently. I thought I would send the three back so that you can see for yourself, but that’s really my only complaint. I thought the product was pretty good, but I don’t think it’s strong enough for me.

The item i finally received and the charge is full lights work ,it gets warm when u press it to preheat. Everything works except NO SMOKE unbelievable! After waiting so long I am disappointed and looking into other companies. I complained it was lost and I don't have time for this but yes Again complaining as unsatisfied customer.
